AnswerLift terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated 30 August 2026. These terms are between you and Nikah AI Ltd and govern your use of AnswerLift. They describe the product as built; they are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before publication.

The service

AnswerLift is an answer-engine visibility workspace for agencies. It records audits and audit runs, stores evidence observations with their sources, tracks remediation tasks, and reports aggregate traffic attribution for the public site. Agency and client work product is organised into workspaces with team membership.

What it does not do

AnswerLift records and organises evidence that you or your team enter and that the product collects for your workspace. It does not guarantee any ranking, citation, placement or referral outcome in any search engine or AI answer engine, and no result in the product is a commitment about how a third-party engine will behave.

Your account

You must be 16 or over and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your sign-in credentials. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and for what their members can see, including any client data they bring into a workspace.

Your content and your clients’ data

You keep ownership of everything you put into a workspace. You grant Nikah AI Ltd only the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you. If you enter data about your own clients, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for your own obligations to them.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to share, use the service to break the law, attempt to access another customer’s workspace, probe or overload the infrastructure, or resell access without agreement.

Paid engagements

Prices, billing periods, renewal and cancellation are set out in the billing terms, which form part of these terms.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using AnswerLift at any time and can delete your account yourself from the account deletion page, which explains exactly what is removed. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Availability, warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is and no uptime commitment is offered on these public terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the limitations of liability that apply are Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded..

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by England and Wales. Questions go to support@answer-lift.com.
