Billing and Subscription Terms

What is sold
The pricing page offers a free diagnostic request and a paid Visibility Sprint. The Sprint is a one-time engagement, not a subscription: it does not renew and no recurring charge is taken for it.
- Price: the Visibility Sprint is listed at $3,500 unless a different price is configured for the live product record, in which case the pricing page and the checkout screen show that price instead. The checkout screen is authoritative.
- Billing period: none — a single charge at purchase.
- Larger scopes: agreed with sales and priced per engagement.
The applicable VAT treatment is Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT and any other sales tax. Tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies..
Recurring plans, where they apply
The product also carries workspace plan tiers (free, pro, enterprise) with a subscription status and an optional trial end date, shown on the in-app Billing screen. That screen currently displays an indicative ladder of $0, $29 per month and $99 per month, which is template content rather than the published AnswerLift offer. Where a recurring plan is actually purchased it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, at the price and period shown at checkout.
How to cancel
Payment is taken by Stripe on their hosted checkout page, not by this application — this app records the resulting order and status but does not hold your card details and cannot itself take, refund or stop a payment. The Visibility Sprint is a single charge, so there is no renewal to cancel; a refund request is handled by us and actioned through Stripe. Cancel at the Visibility Sprint is a single one-off purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel; email support@answer-lift.com to cancel an engagement that has not started, or write to support@answer-lift.com and we will action it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
A Visibility Sprint can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before we begin collection. Once collection has started the engagement is non-refundable, because the cost is incurred at that point. This is a business-to-business service, so the consumer fourteen-day cooling-off right does not apply. Statutory rights, including any cancellation right you have as a consumer, are unaffected.
Price changes
If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and you will be told before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel first.
Cancelling versus deleting
Cancelling stops billing but leaves your account and workspace data in place. Deleting your account removes the data — it does not by itself cancel a subscription held by the checkout provider, so cancel first, then delete. Billing records are kept for six years from the end of the accounting period the record falls in, which is the retention HMRC requires of a UK limited company to meet accounting and tax obligations.
